All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, we want to make it right. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [admin@therootandresonance.com] within 3 business days of receiving your package with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photo clearly showing the damage

Once reviewed, we will offer either a full refund or a replacement shipment at our discretion. Requests submitted outside of the 3-business-day window will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
