Pocket Apothecary – Terms of Use Effective Date: 10/01/2025

Welcome to Pocket Apothecary, an educational mobile application owned and operated by The Root and Resonance, LLC. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Pocket Apothecary mobile app (“App”), and by downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App. 

1. Educational Content Only All content provided in the App — including remedies, herbal information, tips, and guidance — is for educational and informational purposes only. The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. 

2. Not Medical Advice Pocket Apothecary does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use of the information provided is at your own discretion and risk. The Root and Resonance, LLC is not liable for any decisions made based on the information provided within the App. 

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases The App may offer in-app purchases or auto-renewing subscription options (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) to unlock premium content.     •    Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.     •    Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.     •    You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription term. 

4. User Responsibilities You agree not to use the App:     •    For any unlawful purpose     •    To collect personal data of others     •    To infringe on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others     •    To attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the functionality of the App
